Cancellation and Refund Policy – MAVY NUTRITION PRIVATE LIMITED

MAVY NUTRITION PRIVATE LIMITED believes in assisting its customers to the best of its ability and has therefore implemented a liberal cancellation policy. Below are the terms of the policy:

  • Cancellation Requests:
  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping.

  • Perishable Items:
  • MAVY NUTRITION PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., eatables).
  • A refund or replacement can be requested if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report them to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The request will be entertained after the merchant has verified and determined the issue on their end.

  • Product Discrepancy:
  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.

  • Warranty Products:
  • For products that come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms for issues related to those products.

  • Refunds:
  • In the case of approved refunds, the refund will be processed within 6-8 days to the end customer.
