Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • India: Standard shipping (3–7 business days) – Calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: (2–4 business days) – Additional charge calculated at checkout.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within India. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays

We do our best to deliver on time, but please note that unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, festivals, etc.) may occur. We’ll always update you if there’s a significant delay.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mavy Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@mavynutrition.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
